For this down to earth family we wanted to create a multifunctional space that celebrated her love for gin and tonic, his love for whiskey and accommodated their two boys in the afternoons for homework or a quick breakfast in the morning. We brought new life to an old library unit that the family was ready to resell by painting it white and introducing a mirrored backing, making the collection of craft gins look all the more appealing on a hot summer's day. In the entrance hall, a bold bush baby print wallpaper welcomes people into the home, setting the tone from this fun, boisterous family.
