AN INDUSTRIAL ABODE

A team of developers took on the task of creating a sleek industrial penthouse on Westcliff Ridge, one of Johannesburg's most prime locations, for its magnificent views over the city. Built for resale, the units battled to sell as buyers battled to envision the potential of the brick and concrete shell. With no Interior Designer involved in the planning of the project, it was our job to retrofit the unwelcoming space to showcase it's potential without blowing the budget. Once the potential buys could see the potential, it was also our goal to direct them upstairs so they could see the units biggest selling point - the view over Johannesburg's urban forest.
