Anglo American wanted to bring new life to their training facility, situated in a former cold and expansive warehouse.  Welcoming people into the space, is a feature wall, fitted with white and yellow hard hats - an ode to the miners who are the grassroots of the mining house. Fixed to a dark grey wall, the installation is impactful, light-hearted and a win for the budget, allowing us to allocate more spend towards the chill lounge where we moved away from cold office furniture and opted for a more relaxed, homely feel.
